Base Metal (Galvanized Steel):
The core substrate of the coil is galvanized steel, consisting of carbon steel coated with a protective layer of zinc to provide enhanced corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
Chemical Treatment Layer:
A specialized chemical treatment is applied over the galvanized surface to improve coating adhesion and further strengthen the corrosion protection properties of the material.
Primer Coating:
A primer layer is applied above the chemical treatment to enhance the bonding strength of the topcoat while providing an additional protective barrier against environmental exposure and corrosion.
Topcoat (Finish Coat):
The topcoat is the final colored paint layer that delivers the desired aesthetic appearance while offering superior protection against weathering, UV exposure, and mechanical wear.
Back Coat (Optional):
An optional protective back coat may be applied to the reverse side of the coil to provide additional corrosion resistance and ensure overall coating balance.
